Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.
Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?
No. You can sign up and use Shopio without entering your credit card details. At the end of your free trial, or when you decide to launch your store, you will need to pick a plan and enter your credit card details.
How do I pay?
Simply enter your credit card or debit card information on your Shopio Admin panel. Each month, your card will be charged for the amount of your paid plan.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Sure! You can easily upgrade to one of our plans (shown above). The best part is that when you upgrade, all of your data (products, orders, etc.) will remain intact. The upgrade process is automatic and painless.
Will I have to sign a contract?
No. You will never have to sign a contract with us. Payments are made month by month unless you sign up for an annual plan and of course you can cancel at any time. If you don’t like Shopio, we won’t force you to stay.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. If you ever decide that Shopio isn’t the best ecommerce platform for your business, simply cancel your account from your control panel at anytime.

Can I use my own domain name?
Absolutely! You can use your existing domain name or you can purchase a new one from a Domain Provider Company to use with your Shopio Store. We also provide a free subdomain name to all stores upon sign up.
Can I use a subdomain for my store?
Yes, you can use a subdomain with your Shopio store. Just choose a plan above and you will be asked how you want to set up your domain or subdomain name.
Do I need a SSL Certificate?
Every Shopio ecommerce website includes a shared SSL certificate at no additional cost. Other ecommerce platforms often require a dedicated SSL, another ‘hidden’ fee.
Do I need a web host?
No, It’s all taken care of. All Shopio plans includes secure ecommerce hosting for your online store.
Can I use my own payment gateway?
Yes, you can use any of integrated major payment gateways that Shopio supports (PayPal, Authorize.net, Stripe, Cybersource, Braintree, skrill etc.). We support the world’s leading online payment gateways. If you want to use your local payment gateway, so please feel free to email us and we’ll be happy to help you!
Can I customize the look and feel of my Shopio theme?

I’m switching to Shopio like others. Can I move the data from my old store?
Without question! If you operate an online store with another ecommerce software provider, you can easily import all of your existing data using a standard CSV file. (products, customers, newsletter subscribers, etc.) For more information please visit our Support Center.
